The Sioux style tipi is very popular because of the extensive historical information available about the tribe. Many books have been written about the Sioux and Sitting Bull is probably the best known of all American Indian Chiefs. Our Sioux tipi leans to the back more than the Crow style and comes standard with an oval shaped door opening. The smoke flaps are longer than those of the Crow tipi resulting in a shorter lace pin and door section, and somewhat larger smoke hole. Reasons to purchase a Sioux Tipi.
